- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We signed a lease in Auburn Township and are served by the Chagrin Falls PO. Our building uses locking mailboxes for mail delivery. I have requested a key to the lockbox in person 3x on 3 separate occasions and over the phone 6x over the course of 2 weeks, each time leaving contact information. I have not been given a key, or even as much as a return phone call despite multiple promises to "get to it today". -- UPDATE: This was finally resolved by Dan, who took charge of the situation and got us our key.
